Voyale Travel Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “Voyale”) operates the website www.voyale.com (the “Site”). Following are the terms and conditions that govern the use of and access to the site. By accessing the website or registering for any services offered by Voyale Travel Ltd. you explicitly agree to abide by and be bound by this agreement. This applies to registered members as well as visitors, individuals who browse the website without registration. It is also legally binding on tools and features added to the current service in future.

Voyale Travel Ltd. is a travel agency with its headquarters in Hong Kong. The company was established in 2013. Voyale Travel Ltd. is registered with VOYALE Travel Limited CR. NO. 1966305.
Section 2:
Conditional Use of Our Site and Services
Subject to your compliance with these terms and the law, you may access and use the Services.
My Voyale section is made available for our clients and partners as Freeware for personal, non-commercial use. Membership by invitation only. Clients and partners will receive a login ID and passwords to access the site.
By accepting to our invitation, you warrant that:
- You will maintain accuracy of information when using our services
- You will be solely responsible for your Username and password and other private and personal information submitted by you
- Your use of the website and services does not violate the applicable law.
Section 3:
Account Creation
In order to access our premium services, including but not limited to the Voyale Mobile App and other purchase deals, you will need to have an account with us. You will be required to fill up a registration form providing personal details. In doing so, you agree to provide us accurate information and update us on the same if it changes. We will choose a username and password for you. You can modify only the password at a later stage.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account ID and password. We disclaim all responsibility for unauthorized use of your account and the information provided therein and/or any damage caused by your failure to keep your User ID and password confidential. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You can choose to terminate your membership at any time by contacting us. Subsequently, all profile content shall be deleted. Voyale also reserves the right to terminate your membership at its own discretion, without prior notice or explanation. For its paid services, Voyale reserves the right to fix charges and revise its fees from time to time. If we terminate your membership because of a breach of agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund.

General Terms and Conditions
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranty expressed, statutory or implied. You should use the website and its services at your own risk.
Voyale makes every effort to verify information provided on this website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information. It is the responsibility of the site user to verify this information before they use it.
We request you to choose carefully the information you post through our website or in connection with the Services that we provide you. We assume no responsibility for any unauthorized and prohibited content posted on our website and neither shall we be responsible for the conduct of the user posting such content. We have the right, but it shall not be a binding responsibility on us, to delete or modify profile information or other posted content containing matter that is libellous, unlawful, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, pornographic or otherwise objectionable.
When you post any content to our website you agree that you own the intellectual rights. Additionally, when you post content to our site, you grant us the license to use, modify or delete such content for commercial use. You warrant that you will not use the Voyale mobile app and service for unauthorised and illegal purposes. Also, your use of the Service should not violate the applicable laws (including but not limited to copyright laws) of the state or country in which you reside as well as the laws governing Hong Kong.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials contained on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. By using this service, you consent that you shall use it for referencing and non-commercial purposes only. It should not be reproduced or used for any purposes other than non-commercial and private viewing purposes. To do so, you will require written permission from us. You may grant or reject permission and also revoke permission after it is granted.
Voyale supports the protection of intellectual property rights and encourages users associated with Voyale to do the same. We take issues on copyright infringement very seriously. If we receive such a complaint, we will delete the content. If such unlawful practises are continued your account shall be terminated.

Third Party Sites
Voyale Travel Ltd. associates with a number of third party sites. These third party sites are independent of our website. We have no control over their site or the creation of their tools, features and apps neither do we monitor them. You agree to use these third party sites and their services at your own risk. We provide these tools “as is” without any kind of endorsements, warranties or representations. Thereby, you indemnify us from all claims arising from or relating to your use of optional third party tools.

Voyale is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information collected from its members and other persons as part of its normal business operations, activities and services. The primary purpose for collecting personal information is to enable our business to offer personalized services to members. We do not collect any personal information about users without their knowledge and prior consent. The contact and personal information we collect will not be shared with, traded or sold to third parties.

Including the Voyale Mobile app, you agree that “we” the owners and operators of Voyale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, good will, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, Voyale partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or by violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
The Voyale Mobile App has been designed to make travel easier for tourists. By using this app, individuals can connect with Voyale Travel Ltd. headquarters in Hong Kong and at the same time get information about their current location. We have tried to make the app as efficient and accurate as possible. Voyale accepts no responsibility for any loss of life, injury or damages sustained by any person or property resulting from the information provided by the app, in case the service fails or if the wrong location is transmitted.
We the owners of Voyale do not guarantee round the clock availability or secure error-free services. We also make no representations that outcome of using the provided services will be safe, accurate and reliable.
Section 8:
Changes to the Terms of Use Agreement
We, as the owners and providers of this service, reserve the right to modify this agreement from time to time. It is the responsibility of site users to review the agreement as often as possible and take note of the changes. Any changes to the policies, terms and guidelines come into effect as soon as they are posted.
